• This three floor house is designed as a concrete structure.

Basement

• In this neoclassical building, access to the basement is provided by a ramp with a slope of 15% and a length of 12 meters.

• The basement of this neoclassical apartment has parking space for 4 cars. Also, four warehouses have been designed for each unit in this floor.

• Access to the upper floors is provided by a four-way staircase and an elevator.

Ground Floor

• In the neoclassical building , the ground floor has two three-bedroom units.

• In this neoclassical apartment , both units have a reception hall in front of the building that has direct light from the courtyard.

• In this neoclassical building next to the living room, an L-shaped kitchen is designed to be open.

• In the private part of this residential building, three large bedrooms with wall cupboards have been designed.

• In this neoclassical building , the light of all bedrooms is provided by skylights.
