• In the duplex style design, the ground floor includes a parking space that has a parking lot for two cars.

• The main entrance of this executive duplex plan is from the courtyard and there is no direct access from the parking lot.

• In the courtyard, after climbing three steps, we enter a two-way stairway designed to access the upper floors.

first floor

• In the classic style design, for the first floor, a three-bedroom unit is considered.

• In this duplex style design two bedrooms are designed with a difference of seven steps in height from other spaces.

• This unit of executive duplex plan includes living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

• The kitchen is located in the right corner, which is designed to be open.

• In this residential building, next to the kitchen, a skylight has been designed to provide light to the bedrooms.

• One bedroom is designed next to the kitchen and next to it, there are seven steps to access the other bedrooms.
