• In this building 300 meters , access to the upper floors is provided by a staircase and elevator.

• This unit is designed as a bedroom that includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet.

First floor

• The first floor of the 300 meter design includes a very big and luxurious unit that is designed as a three-bedroom.

• On this floor of the building 300 meters is a living room and a big open kitchen.

• The kitchen is located in such a way that it has access to both private and public living areas.

• A semicircular living room is located next to the main living room.

• Dining space is designed next to the kitchen.

Second floor

• The second floor of 300 meter design has two residential units.

• Both units have two bedrooms and each unit includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

• In this building 300 meters, natural light has been used in the units as much as possible.

• The kitchen is in a good position from the house and has created a good circulation.
